Welcome to Prime Time 3 Day Nursery in Hodge Hill. Located on the Firs Estate, we operate term time for the children from 2 to 5 years from 8.30am - 3.30pm.

We have a before and after school club for children up to 15 years of age from as early as 7.30am and finishing 6.30pm. We will also offer local pick up and drop off facilities to local schools.  To find out which schools we offer this service to, go to contact us or give us a call.

Our Holiday Club will run during the school holidays for children from 2 years up to 15 years of age from 7.30am - 6.30pm.

The nursery has been recently transformed under new ownership and has been fully resourced to meet the needs of all our children. CCTV has been fitted throughout every room of the nursery to ensure your child's safety is monitored closely.

There is parking for drop off and collection as well as storage for pushchairs and car seats.

Come and have a look around! At Prime Time 3 Day Nursery, we have an open door policy for you to visit the nursery setting at a time convenient to you.

2-3's Creative Play Room

Before your child starts with us, we feel it’s very important for both you and your child, to have some time to get to know us, and our environment.

We strongly recommend that you and your child attend these sessions, as you both will feel more comfortable.

The Nursery Manager will arrange for you to bring your child along to our nursery, for a couple of visits, more if required, on the last visit we advise that you leave your child in our care, so both you and your child can prepare from the short separation.

Each child is given the opportunity to make their own choices on a daily basis, with support and guidance from your child’s key person.

We will encourage and work with you and your child, during potty training if this has not already started.  We ask for ten pairs of underwear and outer trousers/ shorts/ skirts to have in nursery if a toileting accident occurs.

We maintain and encourage potty training by talking the children every twenty minutes to the bathroom. All staff will work very closely with you, and you will be provided with a potty training sheet, and we will at the end of each day inform you how your child has got on.
The nursery is open plan with free flow area's for the 2-3's who are located on the ground floor and the 3-5's on the first floor.  Each area has been designed with all 7 of the EYFS in mind, giving them more choice, freedom and experiences.

Our Qualified staff practitioners take a key group each and focus on their key groups, ILP’s Learning journals, and individual development, which they track through transition reports.

As your child moves around their Free - Flow areas,  they will be introduced into more involved activities which will have a more challenging outcome.

We will focus on a variety of your child’s developmental milestones, such as fine/gross motor skills, hand and eye co-ordination and his/ her concentration plan which links within the seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage

  •  Expressive Art & Design ·

3-5's Sensory Area

Out Of School Club

At Prime Time Day Nurseries we are very keen to develop strong relationships with you and your child.

We like to liaise with our parents about the care of your child; this happens through daily sheets, special daily diaries, comment box monthly newsletters, parent’s notice board and yearly questionnaires.

Children have access to exciting learning spaces which include our computer suite and sensory area with a light box and sensory resources for them to explore!

We have also designed our very own "Cinema Room" fully equipped with giant bean bags for them to sit back and chill whilst watching a film with their friends.

Our promise to you is that your child will be looked after, with the very best care available with a wide range of stimulating activities which are in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage for our children aged birth to Five years.

Children love to engage in environments that ignite imaginations and inspire learning, and our outdoor area has some of the most fantastic opportunities for this.

Our "Playground" features play bark areas
which provide a safe environment to support learning through play.  We have planting boxes, a sand pit and a digging box for the children to enjoy as well as a mud kitchen where children can use their imagination on a grander scale.

We also have a paved area for the children to ride their bikes and scooters and a large sheltered canopy which provides a versatile area for all age groups to learn and play with plenty of shade.

It is as much a physical development area as it is a social learning environment and we have plenty of resources to encourage this.
